I created a rule to forward all of my mail to an external E-mail account to see if it would work. It worked! But when I disabled the rule it still forwarded all of my mail. I then deleted the rule but it has not fixed the problem. Any ideas?

Subject: Unable to disable mail rule
Please open an incident with Lotus support!
I’ve had numerous headaches after converting a bunch of Outlook users to Notes.
The latest problem is that we’re finding that disabling and/or deleting mail rules don’t work.
Supports standard answer is that you have to disable the rule prior to deleting, and to only delete from the action button, not a ‘document delete’, (supposed work-around - no ‘fix’) AND there are at least 3 SPRs for this, but they do not intend to fix it.
After testing this, I find that the disabled rule still works.
I also suggested that they change the QueryDocumentDelete script to dis-allow deleting the document, but again, told that I need to stand over 400+ users to ‘make sure they do it right’.
