Users are reporting that they can’t delete from the inbox within the Notes Client. I have seen this occur but we have yet to determine what is causing this. Clicking the move to trash icon or pressing the delete key on the keyboard simply updates the status bar to 1 document selected. Pressing F9 does nothing. To resolve the issue, you simply need to close the inbox and re-open it. Unfortunately, this confuses people. Has anyone else seen this behavior? We are using Windows 7 in a domain environment. Has anyone else seen this issue and had any luck preventing this?

I know this isn’t a great answer, but Notes 8.0.2 isn’t supported on Windows 7 so it’s possible that this is causing a problem - do you have the same problem on an XP/Vista machine? Worth testing I’d have thought

Good point - I didn’t realize there was a separate 8.5 forum - that explains why I couldn’t select it from the drop down. (duh)
