I have one user who created a calendar enty and now that she is trying to delete it she gets the message box saying “You must select an instance document to perform these actions”. I tried to delete it myself and got the same error. I had run the fixup, compact, updall in the database an the entry still there. Do I need to run some of these things with a specific parameter to get rid of it?
“…To remove the document, go to the All Documents view of the mail file and delete the meeting from that view.”
It sounds like the calendar entry is a repeating entry? Not sure. But I suspect that if you try deleting from ‘All Documents’, that you will be successful.
