IN our Domain daily one cirrcular mail deleiver to all users on their databases are in domain, & now we also want to delete that single mail from all databases with the help of Domino Admin.

If the sender is internal AND saved a copy of the message when sent, and you have message recall enabled, you could sign on as the sender and recall the message.
Otherwise, you will need to either manually go into the mailfiles and delete the message, or write an agent to do that for you. (It would be a useful agent to have.) The key here would be running it on an ID that has access to all the mailfiles, making sure that the agent is 100% correct in identifying the message in question, and error handling (i.e. if someone already deleted the message).
It sounds like, from your description, that this is something that happens regularly? Perhaps you should create a server mailrule to handle the message when it is inbound and prevent it’s delivery.
