Hi,Some of our users need to activate the Out of office agent before they quit for vacation.
but some of them (40% at 50%) cannot activate OOO… here the error msg:
"You cannot enable your out-of-office notification because your mailbox has exceeded its quota.
Choose Tools > Quota information for quota details and tips on decreasing your mailbox size."
In our companie we don’t use any quota restriction.
On Admin Client:
Max Size = No limit
Quota (nothing in column)
Each db properties :
Disable agent for this db are NOT checked
Any clues?

the error is very ambigous - make sure that the user has Create LotusScript / Java Agents privilege enabled for them in the ACL.

I checked all “Create LotusScript / Java Agents” for all mails (some ACL didn’t has enabled) … but we have the same behavior.
Note:
I updated the Domino 7.03 to 8.5.1 in february. The behavior append only on user with a 8.5 mail
Users with 7.03 template they seem to be ok
Any other clues?

The user didn’t close his mail (so the ACL did’t refresh).
Now the OOO are enabled
