It’s all in the c api reference and guide, download if you dont already have. The guide contains a very useful document in the appendix called Anatomy of a Notes ID. That will get you on the right track. You will use
NSFNoteGetInfo(hNote, _NOTE_OID, &oidStruct)
And the construct the UNID from that, you will need to work out how to turn that to a hex string.
Another approach that saves you duplicating UNID formatting code would be to evaluate the @DocumentUniqueID formula against the note using C-API. Then your guaranteed the same format.
