HiI am implementing an application in two locations,there will be no replica copy ,there is main copy which is on server a,users of server b will access the database which is in server a,All the ACL’s are working fine,users are able to open the database,form,after filling up the form users press the submit button it gives the error while saving.
in Call udoc.Save(True,False) it gives the error
“Notes error:you are not authorized to perform that operation”

Bothe the servers are cross certified,I am having very less knowledge of Administration.

When you say the ACL’s are working fine - what access are the user given?do they have the ‘Create Documents’ entry ticked in the ACL?

My first bet is that the suggestion given earlier is right – the users do not have access to create docs. Another possibility is that there are events firing on the form where it is trying to access other databases or local files or something. Try a very, very simple test using a blank form with only one field. Can they save?
