A PMR has also been submitted to IBM support but still no satisfying solution.
Really need a solution on this issue.

Is it a specific name you are starting to type?
Does it start with any special characters?
How many users/machines are affected?

Subject: Type ahead error
Only one user is affected and contacts starting with certain character are affected by the error. I noticed that if I edit (refresh) the contacts that starting with character “a” for example, when I click “a” it shows the type ahead feature as it should be. Of course it will be a difficult work to edit more than 3000 contacts to solve the issue. Thank you.
