Type mismatch on: Tool_string

I have a user who is getting a message box with “type mismatch on: Tool_string” every time she opens her email or switches to another view. When I look at her email from my client which is the same version as hers this error message does not occur.

I am also experiencing the same problem. Does anyone have a resolution or have an idea what’s causing this? Couldn’t find anything on the Internet regarding this exact error. However, I was able to find tons of TYPE MISMATCH errors.

Same error even after I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the client. v6.5.1
