I have a problem with type-ahead. It works fine most of the time but…
We have two person doc entries that have “help” in the user name field and several mail-in database’s that have “help” in the “Mail-in Name” field.
When typing ‘help’ in the “to” field in a new memo then pressing enter and selecting one of the names it adds the address below the one you have selected to the “to” field. The only entries it correctly adds the address’s for is the first and last names listed.
Any ideas/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
