This is not in the local address book or the server’s directory.
The problem occurs both connected to the Office and when set to Island.
I think it must be in their names.nsf file but can’t find it at all.

Hi,
Ensure the address is not listed in the Dircat rather than the Domino Dir.
I have had users that have a different address inside the card to what is listed in the view in the personal address list. I had to go through each card and eventually found the address tucked away inside.
If all else fails, create a new names.nsf from pernames template.

Ok so I have fund it in the certificates. Is there a way to keep the type ahead from finding these certificates? Or can I delete them?
