Two mail disclaimers in one message (Second post)

We have a disclaimer text at the bottom of our outgoing email messages. This is done by the use of a mail policy, message disclaimer. This works oke.

Now we also want to add a company logo at the top of our outgoing email. So a company logo at top of the message and a disclamer text at the bottom.

How can this be done?.

I looked for adding a HTML file as signature in the preferences of my mailfile. But this has two cons:

  1. Can only be added at the end of the message

  2. The HTML file has to be reachable on the filesystem. (Should be reachable in a notes dataabase).

Before Notes 7 I edited the server’s mailbox template.With Notes 7 I was happy that there was no longer need for editing templates.

For this case I did not yet modify the memo form or the server’s mailbox template.

A disadvantage of editing the user’s mailtemplate will be that the user is able to delete the company logo, I suppose.

Yet I will try.
