Two Internet Domains One Notes Domain

I have read many posts on this subject and I am still not clear. We have an organization of 100 staff and are adding a different organization, about 10 people, to our mail server. They follow direction from our CAO but they still have their own internet domain. I would like to add them to our Notes Domain for internal work, as they will integrate into our workplace. Can I successfully add them to our Notes Domain but route their mail in and out with their internet domain?Thanks in adavance for your help.

You can have multiple internet domains in your organization.

Create a Global Domain Document.

Go to Conversions Tab

Type other internet domain under “Alternate Internet domain aliases:”

Restart the router task.

Other things you need to consider that their internet email comes to your server. Change MX records.

Thanks for your response.I see that you say that you can have multiple domains.

I have created the global domain document.

If I was to add a third internet domain would I create a second Global domain document or would I add multiple internet domains to the “Alternate Internet domain aliases:” in one Global Domain Document.

You can type as many domain names you want in one Global document.
