For some users in my Notes Domain I want to create a second calendar. No problem, just create a new database, based on the mailfile-template. But I want these extra calendars also add to the freetime-system. How can I do that.
The reason for this:
These users are physicians who have office hours tp consult patients. They have a restricted period of time in their calendar for these office hours. the customer for which I am developing this application wants to reserve the timeslots in their calendars, so that only during these reserved timeslots appointments for patients can be created. But when I reserve time in a calendar, the C&S-system will also block these timeslots in the calendars. Thinking about this. I said to myself: create a second calendar for the phisician and reserve the time for which appointments can NOT created. So the freetime are the tineslots in which appointments for office hours can be created.
Perheps someone has a suggestion.
