Turn replication error document into 'normal document'

I have deleted the main document, but I have a the replication document. I know that this is an response document.

Is there a way to turn it into a normal document in order to recover the data I’ve lost with the main document?

Just open the document in edit mode and save it. It will become a ‘normal’ document again.
