Trying to make a simple url work

hi,

I have a computed for display field and I have this code in it…

this open a document for me if I run the url from a computed field , but if I
add the rest of the code in the HREF line then it does not do anything, any
ideas?

img := “image.gif”;
Alt := “run Url”;

action:= “http://” +Server_Name+ “/” +WebDbLocation + “/viewName/$first”;

“{<A HREF="javascript:” + action + “"><img src='/”+WebDbLocation + “/” + img

  • “’ border=0 alt="” +Alt + “" title="” +Alt + “" width=15 height=15>]”

I don’t think you need the “javascript:” bit in the HREF. It just takes a URL as the parameter.
