Troubles with moving mail-in db to other server

Hi all

We are trying to move many mail-in databases to another server but run into a mail bouncing problem.

We have updated the mail-in document with the new server and a replica of the database allready exists on the new server. The addressbook has been replicated to the new server but the new server is trying to route the message back to the old server and eventually the message becomes dead. Restarting the router does not help.

Anyone seen this problem before ?

I will do a test to update the mail-in document on the “old” mail-in server and then replicating it to the New server to see if the new server manages to pick up the server change quicker.

If the change in the mail in database document has definitely replicated over to the new server, do an updall -R on the names.nsf also.

Thanks for the info.I have checked the $Users view on the new server and that view gets updated immediately but it takes hours until the router picks upp the change. Restarting the router does not help. Have reported problem to Lotus support.
