Travler AND error 35

I have a user using the new traveler server.

This was working fine when it was configured in the office.

Now however the user gets error 35, when trying to sync. The user can also use the test server connection - successfully.

I have reinstalled the traveler software.

I have issued a tell traveler show

Auto Sync User State: Online

Last prime synchronization: 16/06/08 13:47

Last Synchronization: Never

Auto Sync Device State: Online

Auto Sync Connection State: Connected (16/06/08 13:28)

Auto Sync Applications to Synchronize: mail, calendar, contact, journal, task, serviceability

Auto Sync Change Flags: mail:add/update, calendar:add, contact:add, journal:add, task:add

Lotus Traveler has validated that it can access the mail database for mail/user.nsf.

I simply cannot find what error 35 means - anyone got any ideas?

Subject: Traveler Error 35 on client - means HTTP 503 from server

The error 35 on the client means that the HTTP request made to the Traveler server received a 503 HTTP return code.HTTP 503 means server busy.

Why did the server return 503? It could be any number of things - you would need to look at the server to try and get a hint as to why the 503 return code.

Subject: error 35

Its a strange one - because I can see he connect and I’m getting no feedback from the other users.

it appears to be this one user, it makes no difference when he connects- the same error persists, even on the company wireless network.
