It doesn’t seem to be in the software partner’s database where I can download everything else.
Is the download somewhere else or does it have a different name?

I believe at the bottom there is a URL that will take you to the registration page. Submit the registration page and wait for an email containing the download link.
Not sure if it is different for business partner since I am requesting it for a customer
