Anyone else having a problem using the server docs “Lotus Traveler Access” section? I want to uncheck “users listed in all trusted directories” and specifically enter a group or with individuals in the “and” field. However everytime I uncheck the “users listed in all trusted directories” no traveler users can access the server. This was a problem under 851 and now under 852.I would like to use this to control which users have access to traveler as we are in evaluation mode.

Hi, we are experiancing a similar issue. We have a group listed in the Traveler Access field, and experiance a long (0 to 4 hours)delay in users listed in the group getting access. Have you had any luck resolving?

Patrick,I am not aware of any known problems with using the Lotus Traveler Access control.
Do you have any value in the ‘Not Access Server’? If the ‘Not Access Server’ has a value and there is no value in the ‘Access Server field’ then everyone would be denied access. Can you attach a copy of your server document for me to look at by copying the server document to a new blank nsf database?
