After upgrading to last version with the latest fixes for Lotus Traveler we have encountered a new problem. Our company have about 40 Traveler users, 9 of these(so far) are having the following problem:

Unable to receive NEW information from server. Last data received just before upgrading.

Data syncronizes FROM device to server.

When re-installing Traveler on device it receives data UNTIL upgrade date/time on server(2 days ago).
This happens on devices with different OS(Windows, Symbian), different phones
(HTC,Sony Ericsson,Nokia) and different Traveler client builds( 8.0.12xx/8.5.0.1.2008xx/8.5.0.1.2009xx).
Factory reset of device makes no difference.
In the Traveler device-management all seems normal, it tells me that all clients are syncing as normal, even the devices
experiencing this problem.
The logs on server shows normal activity, on device the log says “No items were synced”(email,calendar,contacts,notes,tasks).
We are currently running on:
-Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.0.1 Build 200904101255
-Lotus Domino server Release 8.5 HF211|March 27, 2009
-Windows 2003 server R2
The Traveler fixpacks installed are:
-8.5.0.1-LNT-LO37251

Subject: Traveler maintenance
We did have a report of a bad maintenance release a while back - I thought we had re-posted but possibly you got the bad one somehow. Anyway - try this Traveler Server APAR - 8.5.0.1-LNT-LO41040. You can obtain from Fix Central. Let us know if this does not solve the problem.
Note: All Traveler APARs are cumulative, so by installing this one you get fixes for all previous APARs as well so it is not necessary to install multiple fixes - just the latest one.

Subject: Reinstalled Domino, problem solved
The behavior of both Domino and Traveler was so strange that we decided to reinstall the Dominoserver. That solved all problems and Traveler is now running as expected.

We have now installed fixpack 8.5.0.1-LNT-LO41040. It did not make any changes, we still have the same problem.I found a(temporarly)workaround. By accessing the mailbox/user that have this problem with a NEW device
it seems to “unlock” the mailbox or the waiting data. After this the original device starts syncing as normal.
Could you please suggest an easier workaround and a way to tell which devices not syncing?
The command “tell traveler reset deviceID user” does not make any difference.
Also there is a problem with nServer.exe hanging on shutdown. If needed I can post the NSD log file in this thread.

Subject: Traveler, problems after upgrading with last fixes
I´m having the same troubles with a Nokia E51. After restarting the Server the Device syncs once, then stops syncing from SERVER to DEVICE. A Mail from DEVICE to SERVER is delivered normally, also does Calender. Resetting the Device does not change anything. This Problem was reproduceable on a HTC Touch Diamond last Week, but i fixed it by using another phone for a prime sync. After that the HTC started working as it should. But this time the E51 cannot be forced to work.
We are using Traveler 8.5.0.1 build 200906251039
running on Domino 8.5 HF411|May 07,2009
All Fixes are installed.
Could anybody give me a hint what to do, except Re-Installing Domino and Traveler ?
