Traveler problem

I 'm trying to connect Nokia E52 (S60v3) device to the Lotus Traveler 8.5.1 (with Domino 8.5.1). But the first connection fails.

There is in the server log:

19.10.2009 16:59:09 HTTP JVM: Traveler: Lotus Traveler task did not respond within the allotted time frame. Client request denied for CN=Ondřej Kostruh/O=cubenet/C=cz.

While in the traveler log:

ERROR Traveler server appears to be down.

Synchronization fails, but in the lotustraveler.nsf database user is saved (even with correct IMEI).

Any suggestions?

Subject: Traveler problem with Nokia

Is it possible to open a Problem Report? We would need to look at the Server and Device logs to try and determine the problem. Here are some topics on troubleshooting and log collection:
