We have only two people with Windows Phone 8 devices. Both of them report that either some new email are not showing up at all on their devices or they show up much later than on their iPhone.

An update.
We are seeing an improvement in synch time for new email. However, email that is deleted in a Notes client is not synching to the Windows 8 phone for hours.

Hi.
We’ve received similar reports from our own users and from customers. There’s no similarity between the missing emails.
Also one customer reported that some calendar entries are not synced to the phone but entries created from the phone are ok.
Strangely we didn’t receive these kind of reports during the beta phase… Could someone from IBM comment on this? Thanks.
