Traveler not sendind messages

Hello, i have domino 8.5 and traveler 8.5.0.1I receive all messages in my mobile phone (windows mobile) but if i reply or create a message and call “sync now” or “send and receive”, the message does not leave my outbox of the mobile phone.

I had domino 8.01 and traveler 8.01 also with this problem. How can i resolve it?

Subject: Traveler send mail from device

This can happen if the Domino Server has multiple mailboxes. Try adding this paramter to notes.ini on the mail server and/or Traveler Server:Mail_Enable_Mailbox_Compatibility=1

If this still does not work then please open PMR so IBM support can recieve and review the device logs.
