Traveler: LispNotBoundException while sending mail

Hi,We don’t have any problem with traveler about syncronizing received messages but when we try to send mail we get this error on domino server console.

mobile device operating system: WM6 Pocket Phone

traveler version: 8.0.1.1

Subject: LispNotBoundException - make sure all templates are 7.0.2 or later

We have seen this exception before when templates (for the mail servers and the names.nsf on the Traveler server) are not 7.0.2 or later. If that’s not the problem, it is a new problem and you will need to open a PMR for the detailed logs to be analyzed.
