During our pilottest with Traveler 8.51 we set up an iPhone user. Everything worked fine until a few days. The iPhone just stopped syncing.
So we deleted the profile, completely removed the user and his device from the database and re-istalled.
We could access the homepage, download the configuration profile and everything works until we have to insert the PW again during the installation of teh profile.
We then get: “exchange account verification failed”. So I tried it with a different iPhone that never had been connected to Domino before. Same result here.
So we have no idea why it worked in the beginning but doesn’t do anymore.
We did some changes so maybe one of them broke the system:

We are now running our names replica from the live system which is 8.02 and not 8.5 design. Tested to revert back to the 8.51 template - didn’t change anything, except that I get a huge number of view build index errors then.

We changed the SSL certificate from 2048 down to 1024

We are using an internet site document now
but most importantly it still works with all other Nokia’s an Treo’s … only the iPhone seems to be broken.
