Installed Traveler 8.5.1.1 on Domino 8.5.1 FP1 as 64 bit install Win 2008 (64.)
I get this message after authenticating to our traveler server URL; " Can’t install Profile, Only one Exchange account can be set up at a given time."
The IBM Exchage account got installed on the iPhone but cannot go further trying to bind the iphone to Traveler in order to connect to mail.
During the initial attempt to install on the iphone, it appears that the wrong logon Name was listed by default. It listed my email address instead of my Username for Web/HTTP (i.e. .) I clicked thru this by mistake (no return after that.) Could this have caused the exchange profile to have been added to the iphone even though subsequent screens show that authentication failed ? Thinking that this is why only one IBM exchange account can be established per iphone device as the current problem. If so how do I remove the exchange account from the iphone ?
