Traveler Inbox Issue

Dear all,

I am running Domino Server 9.0.1 with Traveler 9.0.1.

I am facing an issue with some mobile phone users who run Traveler. They can NOT see mails in phone’s inbox (but using webmail or POP3 client they can see inbox mails).

All the other mails in other folders in the mobile can be seen without any problem in the phone’s traveler.

Do you have any idea how could I troubleshoot the issue?

I suggest that you first upgrade to Build Level 9.0.1.8 to take the advantage of all sync fixes that are included in the latest build:
