We have recently moved to Daylight savings time. We are experiencing absolutely no problems on our servers and clients. However, when making appointments, they appear 1 hour earlier when viewed on the mocbile device using traveler. I have looked at all the INI file settings and they are correct. The OS’s are patched correctly as far as DST goes. Is this a bug?

It is quite possible that Traveler is sending the device the correct information, but the device does not have the new DST rules. Have you updated the device OS with the DST changes? You mentioned OSs, but I wasn’t sure if that included the device or just the Notes/Domino OSs.
I assume you created the event not on the device, it looks correct in Notes/Domino, but off by 1 hour on the device. If that assumption is false, then it could be something else. If that assumption is correct, then you are going to need to open a PMR so that we can look at the sync traces to see where the 1 hour difference is being introduced.
Also, please state which time zone you are on. It shouldn’t matter, but it might be a hint.

I have patched the O/S on the device with the latest DST patches. The Time-zone shows correctly, and also the time is correct on the device when synced from the mobile network.
Whe I create an appointment in Notes, it shows as one earlier in traveler. If I create an appointment in Traveler, it shows as one hour later in Notes.
The time-zone is Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDST), which is GMT+10+1.

You will need to open a PMR for this problem. With that PMR, you will need to provide FINEST tracing for that user on the server and the Problem Report from the device after the sync that has the data 1 hour off.

Found and obscure and hard to find DST fix which has cured the problem. Thank you for your input, and apologies for any inconvenience.
As it turns out, when downloading the suppposed 2008 DST fix on the mobile device, it was actually the 2007 fix that came down. I had to download the 2008 on my PC and transfer it to the device via memory card. Go figure.
