Traveler and 2 users with one mailfile

Configuration:2 lotus notes user account and 1 mailfile (same for this two user)

After configure traveler on second device for user2 the first one with user1 stop syncing!!!

Although device1 status is uptodate and in console status is connected. And device2 syncing correctly.

How to resolv this problem?

We need more people with one mailfile to sync with them mobile devices.

Not sure this is a supported environment - we do support multiple devices with on user - but both would need the same username and password. I recommend openin a Problem Report with Lotus Support - then at least it can be logged as a feature request and possibly there is some work around to get it working.
