Firstly, thanks to the team for releasing Traveler 8.5.2.1 ahead of 2011. Unfortunately, we are encountering a serious issue with the installation on Android devices. If the native browser is used, a “Waiting for Connection” is received and the download never completes. The following technote mentions that it will not work with self-signed certificates. We are using 3rd-party certificates. The technote needs to be updated.

According to some recent postings on this forum, there is a hotfix (L057088) to address issues when 3rd-party certificates are used. It seems to be certain certificates and not all. There is no issue with our setup as it has been working 100% for months. Where can we secure this hotfix? Thanks in advance.
***We have successfully installed on several Android devices in our environment and know about the work-arounds (use another browser…) but this is unacceptable for production deployment.
