There are problems with certain SSL-Certificates.Support already has an interim-fix for that.

Just in case you didn’t see my other post:Just a note to the people getting Unknown Error (8) or Error Connecting To Server while using an official SSL certificate. This is a known error, I just got it to work after receiving an interim fix from support. You can reference L057088 for the fix.

So, how exactly does one get support to provide me with this fix and who can I contact from IBM for support? I’ve been working with the beta for months and my only beef is that the only support I’m aware of is right here from the user base. Information for the product is not neatly arranged and it seems that many time google is a better source to find it than IBM. It’s a little frustrating, that including the lack of any “contact” information for support. If I’m wrong here I apologize it just seems like an “you’re on your own” beta. Any help in finding some answers to some of my questions is much appreciated.
Cannot install the Android client if using “redirect to SSL” in Domino.
Attachments are removed from Droid attachments are “removed” from messages even though I have attachment support turned on, on the Traveler server.

What link? You just need to reference the APAR when you open a PMR to get the fix.

If so, that appears to still work (although it says unitl 12/30).

IBM support for Traveler is done through PMRs just like for Notes and Domino. Your Domino support process is what you should be following. It all depends on your support level, how you obtained, Domino, etc.
