Traveler 8.5.2.1, Droid and attachments

I am having a continual problem with the Droid Traveler client. I have 3 types of Droids, the HTC Incredible, the Nexus S and the Droid 2 Global. The only one that I can receive attachments on is the Droid 2 global. I have checked every and any setting I can think of but no luck. Every time a message with an attachment is sent to the Incredible OR the Nexis S at the bottom of the message where the attachment would be it say that is was removed from the Note. Anyone else having this issue? I have found that researching any type of problems with Traveler is extremely frustrating and time consuming. The format and navigation of these forums is almost archaic. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Does the device have attachments enabled in the Traveler settings? Perhaps they are set to not be included which is why the server has removed them.

With them removed, can you request them and then get them (just not on the initial message receipt)?

Has the server admin set a policy that doesn’t allow attachments?

If you still have problems, the best thing is to open a PMR so that we can get server logs and a TPR from the device.
