Traveler 8.5.1 Calendar not all items

Hi,

Last week, our Domino server was update to 8.5.1 as well as the Traveler server. After this, my boss had all contacts and calendar entries twice in his Windows Mobile phone with Traveler. I used a tool (TrinFix) to remove duplicate contacts and calendar entries. This seemed to work fine and everything was in his phone only once. After this he synchronized with Traveler. The problem now is that some Calendar items are no longer in his Calendar on his Notes Client, but everything is still in his smartphone.

Is there any way to force Traveler to synch all from the Windows Mobile phone back to the server? He mentioned that when he edits a celandar entry and saves it, it is then synched back to the server … But he doesn’t want to do this for all entries (very busy schedule :-)). He’s not currently in the office so I don’t have access to his phone…

Sorry to here this problem - unfortunately in general it is assumed the device is less stable then the server, so there is a way to replace all form the server, but not the equivelant place all from the device.

A third party app that “touched” all entries could convince the device that all entries have been modified and cause a sync, but this would have to be tested first as it could also cause the server to wipe out the device entries and refresh from the server.

As for the original problem of duplicate entries - It is recommended that you open a problem report with Lotus Support - Support may be able to determine why that happened in the first place.
