Testing/evaluating the IBM Traveler product and iPhone and have a question that I cant find an answer to in the documentation or in this forum (perhaps I blind).
When synchronizing the mail messages we seams to lose some/all formating in the content. For example all carriage return (new rows) are gone, the text is just one big paragraph.
Any ideas or is this a correct behavior?

This is not the correct behavior - it should look correct, but I cannot tell offhand why you are seeing this.
I can tell you that the Apple syncs each message in 2 parts.
A truncated, plain text version.
If the message is not too big (“too big” varies based on something internal to the Apple device), it requests the MIME version of the message. If the message is too big, the user has to select to download the full message using the button at the bottom of the message.
If the message was “too big” and not downloaded yet, it would be in its plain text format. This plain text might be what you are describing. But if it has already downloaded the MIME version of the message, then it should look as you would expect (colors, line feeds, etc.); if that is the case, you would need to open a PMR so that we could look at the logs to see what was going on. Along with the logs (FINEST level for that user), we would want a copy of the document (either copied into a template-less, non-encrypted database OR the dumpdoc tell command in traveler on the Domino console).
