The user in charge of Romms and Resources reservations has been 1 week ill.When she got back there were thousands of e-mails from differents rooms reminding her to accept the reservation.
How can I disable the agent that reminds daily the rooms that hasn’t not been accepted? (For every room or resource sends a daily mail remembering it)

My server version is 7.0.1. I see no agent active (autoreminder is disabled).
Do you know something about transfer reservation.

My only knowledge about transfer is when you want to move a room or resource to a new server or new domain.No experience when you want to update the resource owner.
