Transaction Logging On But Consistency Checks Running

I have been running transaction logging on all my mail servers for some time and it has worked great.

However, I came in this morning to find that I was getting hundereds of errors saying:

13/06/2008 02:11:07 Document NT0005A266 in database e:\notesdata\mail\db.nsf is damaged: Document has invalid structure

13/06/2008 02:11:07 Document (UNID OF98ADDB47:6C64E3C2-ON80257360:0054DC8C) in database e:\notesdata\mail\db.nsf has been deleted

and also

13/06/2008 06:16:36 Error updating view ‘#478866’ in mail\db.nsf: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

The errors relate to many databases, not just one.

The server is now running consistency checks on many of the databases, despite transaction logging running…

Does anyone know what could cause this kind of problem?

Have the same here. Tried to find the memory leak (or whatever resources are missing) with process explorer and system monitor without success. Restart of domino service doesn’t fix the problem, have to restart the whole win2k3-server to get domino running stable for the next 1 and half days.

It starts with errors during nightly catalog and update tasks and then goes further on. I even got some databases damaged, too.
