We try to enalbe the transaction log.
We want to figure out what is the size of the file system rquired for the transaction log?
(some said 10% of the database??)
Should we use internal disk or SAN?

Not sure what you mean. YOU tell the Domino server how much space should be used, so whatever space you have on your filesystem or want it to use, thats what you configure. And yes, SAN is supported, NAS is not supported.
