I am curious as to what others are doing in the area of training new end users on the Notes Client. We had some very good videos for version 5 that we used to use for training end users on how to do the basics in Notes, but they are no longer relevant and I can’t seem to find any new training videos for end users on 6.5. What are the rest of you doing for people with no exposure to Notes?

Created a Entry Lotus Notes Manual and an Advance Training manual with lots of pictures and steps.
The hard thing is to get them to read it. I have had to give live sessions occasionally to give a couple helpful hints.

It covers some of the options and presents some case studies of what our customers have done when they moved to Notes 6/5.6.
