Is there a way to track who and when an attachment is deleted from a RT field?
Basically, when a person deletes an attachment, we want to display a field that will capture their name, date, and the reason why they are deleting the attachment (they would type this information in). Any help will is appreciated.

Programming this kind of stuff is a bit tedious, but I think that Open Audit can deal with RT items, too.
