Good afternoonI was wondering if anyone has tested the send tracking request in R6.5.4?
Basically after you send a message out within your domain you are supposed to select the message from the sent tab and go into tools actions and send tracking request.
The message status is supposed to be tracked. I am getting “status unknown” even though the server has message tracking enabled in the configuration document.
Both the sender’s and the recipient’s mail file are on R6.5.4 servers.
