I have on log.nsf of my Domino the document ID of a message sened, but i want to know how can i search the user who send that mail, how can i do that?

Check the log.nsf on your SMTP server in the Mail Routing Event view and search for that messageid using the “Search This View” bar.
Open the document it finds and look at the line. If it was sent by a user on your domain, you should see something like:
Router: Message [THE ID] transferred to [mx/smtp of recipient] for [Address of recipient] from [Name of sender on your domain]@YOURDOMAIN Size: ??K via SMTP

why I only got Message [THE ID] transferred to [mx/smtp of recipient] for [Address of recipient] via SMTP
There is not the from part.
What’s the reason?
