I am using a SearchView URL command to search on a view from the web.I use the special field TotalHits (computed for display) with formula TotalHits to display the number of results.The number of results displays fine for results less than 1000,but if the number of results is greater than 1000 it always displays 1000.
Do you know why?
here is the URL command that I use in the agent to do the search :
“[http://” + servercname$ + “.cpco.com/” + Lcase(dbpath)+“/($SearchResults)/?searchview&query=” + Desc + “&SearchOrder=3” + “&SearchMax=2000]”
As you can see I use the SearchMax=2000 to limit the number of results.
I would appreciate any thoughts.
