1 of 200 users gets this message. From their inbox they go to tools-preferences-signature and they get 2 prompt boxes. The first is unable to interpret time or date, the second is Notes-Error field didn’t pass validation formula. I have refreshed template, verified settings, but no luck. Any ideas?

I’m getting this same error. Most everyone else is running Win2K, I’m running Lotus 6 on XP SP 1, I’ve tried it in regular mode and Win2K compatibility mode. Everytime I go into the Preferences from the Tools menu, I get these 2 error messages, too. My “Notes Admin” has no idea how to fix it, either. No ideas yet?

I’m having the same exact problem with 1 user out of 1150.
Are there any suggestions out there that help solve this issue?
We’re running LD6.0.2CF1 and Win2K (Server and Client).

Hey guys,
I have fixed the problem. I changed the signature from Text to HTML, hit OK, and it did not give me the error messages. I then changed it back to Text, made changes in the signature, and it also worked.
