Just converted a user’s mail file from INotes5 to INotes60. Still using the 5.11 client on the desktop. Noticed her signature & disclaimer missing when composing a message. Tried to go to Tool, Preferences to fix & it’s gone! Reconverted, compacted, replaced design. Nothing. Anyone seen this & any idea how to get it back???

There are R6 features involved in the R6 template that won’t allow you to update the preferences from the R5 client. You also won’t be able to create a calendar entry.
Solution: Don’t use R6 templates on mail files still being used with R5 clients.
