I have just upgraded us Notes 8.5 both server/client software and templates.
One user has brought this to my attention - From any Inbox if I select Tools / Meetings / Schedule Meeting it comes up with the message ‘The chosen operation is not enabled.’
I cannot find anything in the documentation about this option - is it something I need to enable on the server end?

The incorrect initial menu status is not only for meetings, but also for others. Look the screenshot below. The first is what I saw after Notes launched without Sametime logging in. The second is after Sametime logged in but I didn’t click on any item.
The Sametime plug-ins are not get initialized if a user doesn’t access Sametime functions, therefore Sametime’s menu status code can’t work. Lei told me this is a normal behavior, based on performance consideration.
