See attached screen capture movie. When you let the tool tip (hover text) show before clicking the link, it continues to show after the calendar link is clicked.

I don’t know if I saw exactly this, but I have seen similar (non-reproducible on demand) behaviour in other places.

Although it only happens from time to time - you may 'hover" over an address and the pop-up will open - then as you continue to various other areas within the client the pop-up remains until you select it and click away.
Again - not consistently happening.

Subject: Clarification on the problem
The tooltip help in the mp4 clip is designed to be visible for approximately 3 seconds, regardless of what actions the user takes with the mouse. I’m interpreting your comments to mean that occasionally the tooltip seems to get ‘stuck’ displayed, and will display for a much longer time that 3 seconds. Is that accurate?
Also, when this happens does it time out eventually? Or do you need to ‘reactivate’ it by placing the mouse over the outline entry again and this time it does stop displaying after 3 seconds?
These questions are specific to the hovertext in the Mail, Calendar or Contacts outline. The Sametime issue is already being worked on.
