Tool required for comparing Servers

We have two clusters and two other servers spread over 4 locations with replications happening and a total of around 650 users. Of late we have been noticing a discrepancy in the number of person documents existing vis-a-vis the number of mail files.

Is there any tool available which will help us compare the info available across servers and come up with a report on unused or unconnected mail files.

If you’re willing to look at 3rd party tools, look at Power Tools by HELP Software. Power Tools has a utility called “Find Orphaned Mail Files” that should do what you want.
