I have a user that experiencing this error message “Document cannot be stored because there are too many unique field names in the db…” At this time, only one user is seeing this error message.User one creates a document in the database. It is emailed to User two who is suppose to add data to many fields, then return it to the original sender using the email service. However, when User two clicks an action button to return the document by email to User one, the error message is displayed.
The documents referred to are sent to various users about 50 to 75 times each day, but this User two is the only one getting the error condition. All others are emailed successfully.
I think the error is pointing at User two’s email file, but cannont find a solution or work-around to solve his problem. Told him to “Compact” the email database, but that did not work for him. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks,
