Does anybody know a tools to implement workflow in Lotus Notes applications ?
I’ve seen Lotus Workflow, but it is too expensive. I’ve seen others in internet, but they are not in portuguese.
It would be great if it were in portuguese and with a price that my company could afford.

If English was an option, you could try our Workflow Manager, a demo of which is available at http://www.ionet.co.nz/workflow. The demo only differs from the real version in that it contains a ‘nag’ screen

I missed your initial response so this is probably late for your particular purposes, however, using Workflo!Approval you can hide virtually all of the English from your end users. You can customize the Email Notification and specify the content. The Client interface is designed by you anyway.

I’ve been testing a tool that someone in Brasil has developed. It is DOCFLOW.
It is very simple to use and the trial version is free. With trial version you can implement workflow in applications just customizing the example database. And there is one more cool thing, it’s OOP with Lotus Script ! There are classes to make the workflow. All you have to do is execute a method in other to make the document go to the next step !
